It's possible you're logged in to the Word add-in with your free Paperpal account. Signing in on the Web does not automatically sign you into the MS Word add-in.
Please sign out from the Word add-in and sign in again with your subscription email address. If you still face any issues, please write to hello@paperpal.com, preferably with a screenshot of the issue you're facing.
