Paperpal supports the following products:
- Word 2016 or later on Mac
- Word 2019 or later on Windows/Mac
- Word on Mac/Windows (Microsoft 365)
- Word on the web (Microsoft 365)
Note: Paperpal may sometimes be incompatible with Word 2016/2019, especially on volume-licensed versions. Consider using the Web version instead; alternatively, upgrade to Office 365 or 2021 to use the Word add-in.
