How do I cancel my Prime subscription?

To cancel Prime, visit the Membership & Billing page and follow the instructions provided there. Please ensure you're logged in first.

Note that refunds are only available on your first Paperpal subscription, for 7 days in case of a new monthly/quarterly subscription and 30 days in case of a new yearly subscription. Refunds are not available on renewals. If you do not wish to continue your subscription into the next month or year, please cancel ahead of time from the link provided above to avoid being charged.

Users from Japan who've chosen the "Pay Later" option can cancel their subscription from the "Membership & Billing" page within 30 days or until the payment is completed, whichever is earlier. Once the payment is completed, you will not be eligible to cancel the subscription or request a refund.

Users in China can cancel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase from the "Membership & Billing" page. After this period, you won’t have the option to cancel.
