How do I submit the payment proof?

You have 60 days from the date of subscription to complete the payment process while having access to all the premium features. Once your institute/university initiates the payment, you can notify us of the same on the "Membership & Billing" page that can be accessed from the Paperpal accounts page. You need to enter the expected payment date and the transaction ID.

 The payment status will be verified at our end manually and may take between 1-2 business weeks. Once we verify the payment, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email with the payment receipt attached. The subscription will get extended for a full year, from the initial date that you had signed up for.
