Yes, you can apply for an E-fapiao within up to 30 days after your date of purchase. You can apply for it on the "Membership & Billing" page, which can also be accessed from the Paperpal accounts page. We currently only offer individual E-Fapiao; revision of the E-Fapiao is not permitted.
