I've upgraded to Prime. Why am I being asked to upgrade again?

Users sometimes have multiple Paperpal accounts and log in with their non-Prime account. Please check your profile page to confirm that you're logged in with your Prime account only. 

If you're being asked to upgrade in spite of being logged in with your Prime account, please write about the problem to hello@paperpal.com and include a screenshot of the account information on your profile page. It will help us investigate.
